Missions

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations

Matthew 28:19

At our church, missions are not just something we talk about—they are something we live. We believe God has called us to reach people both near and far with the love of Jesus. That’s why we are committed to supporting missions locally, nationally, and around the world.

Through our partnership with International Missions Outreach, we are able to invest in spreading the Gospel beyond our borders. This support helps take hope, healing, and the message of Christ to communities across the world that may never hear it otherwise. Every prayer, every dollar given, and every act of obedience helps change lives for eternity.

At the same time, we believe missions start at home. We proudly support local missions like Hands and Feet, which serve students and families in our school systems. By meeting practical needs—such as clothing, food, and school supplies—we show the love of Jesus in real and tangible ways right here in our own community.

Whether it’s across the ocean or across the street, our heart is the same: to love people, serve faithfully, and share the hope of Christ. Thank you for being a church that gives, prays, and goes—making a difference both in our community and around the world.

International Missions Outreach is a non-denominational ministry founded by Pastors John and Joyce Hanson with a heart to serve the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of people in Haiti. Since 1976, under the faithful leadership of Dr. John Hanson, the ministry has grown into one of the largest and most active mission organizations serving the nation of Haiti.
Through a wide range of ministries across the island, International Missions Outreach brings hope, healing, and the message of Jesus Christ to countless individuals and families. Today, this legacy continues through his daughter, Faithe, and her husband, Brad Bailey, who are carrying forward the vision and mission with passion and dedication.

Hands & Feet Ministry

Hands & Feet Ministry is a faith-based organization founded in Johnson County in June 2017. The ministry was born out of a deep desire to serve our community while faithfully following God’s leading.
Through close collaboration with city and county school resource directors, the organization is able to identify and respond to the needs of school-aged children and their families. Hands & Feet Ministry partners with local churches, businesses, and individuals to host their Back to School Summer JOYfest and Christmas JOYfest. Through these events, children in the program receive shoes along with essential school supplies, personal hygiene items, and resources that promote home comfort and overall wellness.
