The New Generation Church NextGen Team is made up of amazing people who have discovered their God-given gifts and are using them with purpose. Whether you’re welcoming guests as a Greeter or Usher, helping kids grow in Christ through New Gen Kids, creating powerful moments with our Production Team, or making an impact in our community through Outreach, every role matters. Together, we serve with passion, love boldly, and work as disciples of Christ to advance God’s Kingdom in our church, our city, and beyond.

Admin Team
This team keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes by using gifts of organization, planning, and support. From helping with records and communication to preparing materials and spaces, this team makes ministry possible. If you enjoy details, structure, and helping things stay in order, this may be your place.

Prayer Team
This team stands in the gap for others through faithful, heartfelt prayer. They pray during services, special gatherings, and as needs arise. If you feel called to encourage others through prayer and believe in the power of intercession, this team is a great fit.

Production Team
This team uses technology and creativity to support worship and teaching through sound, lighting, cameras, and visuals. They work behind the scenes to help every service flow with excellence. If you enjoy tech, hands-on work, and seeing all the pieces come together, you’ll love this team.

Creative Team
This team uses artistic gifts to tell God’s story through design, photography, video, social media, and decor. They help shape the look and feel of our services and events. If you’re creative, visual, and love bringing ideas to life, this team is for you.

Guest Services Team
This team is the first impression of New Generation Church. From parking and greeting to ushering and helping at our welcome area, they make people feel seen and valued. If you enjoy meeting new people and creating warm, friendly environments, this is your team.

New Generation Kids Team
This team helps children from 6 weeks through 6th grade experience the love of Jesus in fun and meaningful ways. Through worship, lessons, small groups, games, and care, they invest in the next generation. If you love kids and high-energy, joyful environments, this team is a perfect fit.

Worship Team
This team leads the church into God’s presence through music and worship. Vocalists and musicians work together to create powerful moments of praise. If you love to sing, play an instrument, and connect with God through worship, this team may be calling you.

New Generation Students Team
This team pours into students in 7th–12th grade, helping them grow in faith and identity in Christ. Through worship, teaching, activities, and events, they build strong relationships with the next generation. If you enjoy mentoring students in a fun and energetic setting, this team is for you.
